- 10 oz tortilla chips
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs

Method
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine diced tomatoes, green chilies, chicken broth, onion, cilantro, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. 3. In a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread a layer of tortilla chips on the bottom. 4. Pour half of the tomato mixture over the tortilla chips. 5. Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the tomato mixture. 6. Add another layer of tortilla chips on top of the cheese. 7. Pour the remaining tomato mixture over the tortilla chips. 8. Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the tomato mixture. 9. Crack the eggs over the top of the cheese. 10. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked and the cheese is melted and bubbly. 11. Serve hot and enjoy!Notes
