- 8 slices of ham
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese

- 2 eggs
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Oil for frying

Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Pound the chicken breasts with a meat mallet or rolling pin until they are about 1/4 inch thick.

- Tuck the sides of the chicken breast in and roll it up tightly.

- Coat the chicken rolls in panko breadcrumbs.
