- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
